We collect account information, usage data, prompts, and the resulting Generated Works necessary to provide the Services. Published content is visible to others as you choose.
· Private content remains private except for limited staff access for support, security, or legal reasons.
· Published Generated Works are accessible to other users for viewing, interaction, and remixing (with attribution).
· We use content (anonymized where possible) only to operate, improve, and market the Services. You may opt out of marketing use or model training at any time.
We do not sell your data. Sharing occurs only with service providers under strict agreements or when legally required.
· Ownership & License: You retain ownership rights to the content you create, but grant us the license described in the Terms of Service.
· Visibility Controls: Content is private by default. You control publishing and can make any item private or delete it at any time.
· Deletion: When you delete content (including Generated Works), it is immediately removed from public view and becomes inaccessible to other users. Deleted content may remain in backup systems solely for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, and abuse investigations, and will be permanently deleted after the retention period.
· Access, Correction, Deletion, Portability: You may access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time via account settings or by contacting privacy@loot.ai. We respond within 45 days (or sooner where required by law).
· Opt-outs: Easy opt-out for marketing, analytics, and any secondary use of your content.
· Caution: Even non-public content may be accessible to Loot Lab employees for legitimate business or legal reasons. Exercise caution with sensitive information.
We may use automated systems and human reviewers to monitor user-generated content. If content is reported, our moderation team may review it and surrounding context. Staff access to private content is strictly limited and logged.
We retain data only as long as necessary. Industry-standard security measures are in place. All storage is in the United States.
Services are not for users under 13. We may update this Policy with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Our Services provide AI-assisted tools that can generate or suggest code, but they are not a substitute for professional software engineering judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or configuration produced by the platform. Reliance on generated output is at your own risk.
Our service utilizes third-party AI models to generate content based on your prompts and to power features in the App. Information provided to these models is subject to our agreements with these providers and is primarily used for providing our services, including but not limited to generating Gizmos and facilitating conversations. This information may also be used for other purposes as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
If you are accessing our App from countries outside the United States, your information may be governed by both the laws of your country and those of the United States. This Privacy Policy is intended to be consistent with applicable privacy laws.
